We offer to you, owner/operators that require minimal orientation, subject to carrier specific operation processes and qualifications. By prepping the owner/operator, our objective is to minimize the orientation period, which is normal between an owner/operator and a dispatcher when the relationship is just starting out. By prepping the owner/operator with the above matters, your dispatch is assured these matters are already instilled in the owner/operator. Your dispatch is able to achieve a faster level of comfort, which is vital in maximizing the truck as a revenue generator.
We compile a preliminary compliance on all of our owner/operators. Our compliance file maintains the non-carrier specific information on driver and truck required of the various regulatory authorities; such as MTO and USDOT.
Our interest is to have long term recruiting relationships with carriers. We want to work with quality carriers that have consistent work for the owner/operators.
